Agent opportunity design
We identify workflows where planning and tool use add value beyond deterministic automation or a single model response.
Intelligence / Agentic AI & Agents
AI agents that reason across approved tools and workflows with explicit limits, observable actions, and human authority where it matters.

Autonomy is not a product goal by itself. The right goal is reliable progress through work—with clear authority and recovery.
What the work includes
We identify workflows where planning and tool use add value beyond deterministic automation or a single model response.
Permissions, state, memory, retries, timeouts, and service boundaries designed around safe, inspectable action.
Review, approval, escalation, and override points aligned to business consequence—not added as a cosmetic checkpoint.
Task completion, tool behavior, trajectory quality, latency, cost, and failure recovery monitored over time.
When this fits
Delivery model
Align the business decision, user reality, technical constraints, and evidence needed to move.
Shape the product, experience, data, system boundaries, and delivery plan before complexity compounds.
Work in reviewable increments with engineering, design, quality, and operations in the same loop.
Test behavior, usability, resilience, security, and performance against the conditions that matter.
Release with observability, ownership, and a clear path for the system to improve.
Tangible outputs
01Agent use-case and authority map
02Tool contracts and orchestration design
03Production agent experience
04Evaluation, tracing, and AgentOps controls
Useful answers
A chatbot primarily exchanges messages. An agent can plan steps, use approved tools, observe results, and continue toward a task outcome. That added capability also requires stronger permissions, evaluation, and oversight.
No. A single controlled agent, a deterministic workflow, or a conventional application is often clearer and more reliable. Multi-agent systems are justified only when responsibilities and coordination genuinely benefit from separation.
